June has been my busiest month yet and I've been dying to show you the new space! I gotta say, it feels so good to be working again and I wanted to share with you some precautions I'm taking here at the studio to keep it safe and clean for you. Of course, if you feel sick and we have a session booked, please stay home. You will NOT lose your session fee.
Hair and makeup:
As you know, I'm a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Indiana. I apply makeup and style hair for every woman that walks through my door. I keep a mask and on while performing this service. While also wearing a mask in the hallways.
The Shoot:
Hair joozing will be at your discretion, don't worry. I'll guide you through this one too as well as posing. Of course there are still no friends allowed during this time. I'm keeping numbers as low as I can in the studio.
The Break:
Bear Cats is open. The restaurant that's on the first floor of my building. They are now doing dine in. If you're uncomfortable with the idea of eating at a restaurant during this time, you are welcome to order it to go and sit in the studio while I prepare your images.
In between shoots:
I clean up after every shoot. Alternating between two to three shoots per week. This helps with the risk of exposure. Washing all towels, capes, bedspreads, sheets, makeup and hair brushes, and spraying every surface down with Lysol. (Yes, even if the surface hasn't been touched!)
