Whenever I travel it never fails. I never drink enough water and by the time I arrive to my destination I feel cranky and fatigued. Here are some regimes that tried and true to me.
1.) Drink plenty of water. It seems like a no brainer, but it helps us from getting dehydrated while we’re in the skies. We’re more susceptible to illnesses too. So drink up
2.) Moisturize! After a shower, before a flight, I always moisturize my skin. I use Cocoa Radiant Intensive Care by Vaseline. It absorbs quickly into the skin. If you’re putting it on at your destination remember to bring it in a 3 oz bottle for TSA reasons.
3.) Chap stick- Your lips need moisture too! I’m in love with Burt’s Bee’s Coconut and Pear. The scent brings me straight to the beach.
4.) Hydrating Mask - My all time favorite mask to use is Nugg’s Hydrating Mask. When you get to your destination, wash your face with hydrating skin cleanser, dry, then apply the mask until the entire contents is gone. (Only if you’re using the travel size.) Let it sit for 15 minutes while you dream of being the queen that you are, then rinse in cool water. If you need extra moisture pat your face dry and apply moisturizer.
I hope this has been helpful! Enjoy and have a wonderful Spring Break!
