ORDERING APPOINTMENT GUIDE

Everything you need to know about how the ordering appointment goes down.

AFTER THE SHOOT

We'll pick a date for you to see your photos for the first time and Bethany will walk you through the entire process.
This session will be conducted over Zoom. Please make sure you set up a free account and updates are done prior to the ordering appointment. You can do that here.
We'll narrow down your favorite images and create a package for you.
As a gentle reminder, if you wish to purchase additional images you may do so separately from your what's included with your session.
Keep in mind, you won't know what you want until you see your images for the first time.
Rescheduling the ordering appointment requires a $170 fee.

You're going to view your images unedited, however examples will be provided.
Bethany will invite you to speak openly about your editing concerns.
Every image you select for your final product is checked for blemishes and anything that isn't permanent on the body is removed.
A review of what comes with your session.
Bethany will go through every photo individually where you'll share rather you 'like it', 'love it', or 'pass'.
Narrowing down to only images you love, and creating packages around them. (Don't worry, Bethany will walk you through the entire process:)
As a gentle reminder from our agreement, there will be no screen capturing allowed during this appointment and all devices must be stowed away during this time.

BQS carries custom portfolio collections, custom album collections, metal and canvas framed wall art, and gallery walls to decorate your home.

BQS offers afterpay and monthly payment plan options w/ credit or debit card on file.
If you decide to do the monthly payment option, a 3% interest fee will accrue upon late payments of 30 days or more.
We can't wait for you to see your photos!

Timelines for image and product delivery differ depending on how you pay for your images.

Digital images will take 2-3 weeks to produce and will be available in a private gallery for your downloading pleasure.

Product orders will take place after album proofs are signed off by you. 9If applicable.)

Allow 6-9 weeks for finished pieces to arrive to your home.

If you're on a payment plan, digital image retouching, delivery and products will be ordered at the time the final payment is received.

All orders must be paid in full before fulfillment.
