The Art of Her Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Art of Her Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to women who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The winner must be able to travel to Bethany Quinn Studios’ private studio located in Fortville, Indiana. This Giveaway is open to new clients only. Professional or hobbyist models, photographers, or individuals affiliated with the photography industry are not eligible to enter or win.

 

 

 

2. Giveaway Inclusions

The Giveaway includes one (1) boudoir photography session consisting of the following:

  • Four (4) studio sets and four (4) wardrobe looks.

  • One and a half (1.5) hour in-studio photo session.

  • Professional hair and makeup services.

  • One (1) custom 8x8 album including twenty-five (25) retouched images.

  • Matching digital files for the twenty-five (25) album images.

  • One (1) virtual preparation session with Bethany Quinn prior to the photography session.

The Giveaway does not include couples boudoir sessions, travel expenses, additional prints, wall art, or products beyond those explicitly listed above. Additional images, albums, or product upgrades may be purchased but are not required.

3. Approximate Retail Value

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Giveaway is $4,250 USD.

​

 

 

4. Booking & Session Timeline

The winner must book their photography session within seven (7) days of winner notification. The session must be completed within six (6) months of booking. No extensions will be granted. Failure to book or complete the session within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

​

 

 

5. Non-Transferability & No Cash Value

The Giveaway prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, gifted, or exchanged. The prize has no cash value and no substitutions or refunds will be provided.

​

 

 

6. Cancellation, No-Show, & Forfeiture

If the winner fails to book within the required timeframe, cancels the session, or does not appear for the scheduled session without prior written notice, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no replacement prize will be awarded.

​

 

 

7. Image Selection & Album Details

Image selection will take place during the viewing and ordering appointment, during which the winner will view their images for the first time. The included album consists of twenty-five (25) images selected by the winner. Additional images and product upgrades may be purchased at the winner’s discretion.

8. Model Release & Image Usage

The winner may choose to remain anonymous. Image usage, publication, and model release terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the photography session. Acceptance of the prize may require the execution of additional studio agreements or releases.

​

 

 

9. Editing & Artistic Style

All images will be edited in Bethany Quinn Studios’ signature artistic style. Raw, unedited image files will not be provided. No additional retouching beyond the studio’s standard editing process is included.

​

 

 

10. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected. The winner will be announced and notified via email in July 2026. The selected winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the studio’s discretion.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, or Instagram.

​

 

 

12. Right to Modify or Cancel

Bethany Quinn Studios reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.

​

 

 

13. Agreement to Terms

By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions.
