Fearless Feature: Liz, 38 | Indianapolis IN Boudoir Photographer

Fearless is a boudoir portrait series that features 40 women over the age of 30, where they share their tales of courage. The women who participate in the series share their struggles that they have overcome and now they’re celebrating, sharing, and inspiring their stories for those who are currently going through a struggle of their own to show that there is light on the other side. Here’s a participant who shares her story in her own words. 

Fearless means no inhibitions to fear anything. I wanted to do this photo shoot for this experience, but mostly to be a part of this exhibition that’s empowering advanced women that aren’t always 20 years old and beautiful by social standards. Reach out to other women when you’re afraid to push past the fear. There’s a lot of support in your community, you can get advice from other women that have maybe been through what you’re going through. Something I have overcome in my life that has made me fearless is drug addiction. I was addicted to drugs for 10 years and I finally got through it. Now that I know I can get through it, I can do anything. This was an amazing experience and I’m proud to be a part of empowering women.
